This is a local family owned business. They have provided me with personal service for many years. I especially appreciate the reminders when service is due. I’m old and forgetful.

Got new tires, replaced tie rods and got an oil change on my 2005 Chevy Silverado. Drives like a new truck. Customer service was top notch. Will us Vannoy for now on.

We have gone to Vannoy’s on West 9 Mile Road for years. Not only have we NEVER been disappointed, they have consistently exceeded our expectations. We were there briefly this morning (they served us quickly) and I mentioned to other customers in the waiting area that I had never heard a bad word said about Vannoy’s. They all agreed that we have heard nothing but praise for Vannoy’s. Their integrity and obvious concern for our welfare has certainly earned our trust and loyalty..

We have been Vannoy's Tires customers for over 10 years and have always received great service! When we arrived at the store, everyone was very courteous and ready to help. While driving home at night, we hit an unmarked "triangular" curb divider and blew out the front passenger tire and also cut into the rear passenger tire. We purchased "road hazard" protection when we bought our Michelin tires and both tires replaced with only a new "road hazard" charge ... about $66 versus buying new tires at about $900! We cannot give a higher recommendation - go to Vannoy's Tires ... They have your best interest at heart!

Fully expected to pay for a nail removal but was surprised that it was free as I had purchased the tires there. Awesome staff!
