Hi just another customer here but I noticed when I pulled up the mechanic came directly to me and steered me in the right direction while having probably the best manners yet throughout my morning. But the A+ goes to the mechanic/ gentleman that brought a chair outside to the front where a lady was sitting on the concrete from the lack of no guest sitting arrangements along front. Just wanted to mention if someone's day not going right then stop by the w. Nine Mile location get an oil change and one of these mechanics may help brighten your day. Good job guys
This was my 1st time at Vannoy's Tires. Heather was very professional and respectful. She was very attentive to my needs and took great care of my needs. It was so refreshing to get Excellent customer service today. The tech great too. All of the staff was friendly as well. Thanks Vannoy tires!
The price and service was excellent. However, the reason I am prompted to leave this review was due to the honesty of this management team. I had agreed to a replacement. However, they were able to repair my tire, saving me $250. It is so rare in the auto repair business. I certainly recommend their service.
Super fast and very friendly! Excellent service--even went so far as to run across the street for a headlamp that was burnt out! Nobody does that any more. Scott was very helpful and explained info about batteries that I wasn't aware of until now.We are new to the area, and have just found ourselves a new mechanic at Vannoys! Thank you!!
